This advanced and reliable perimeter security system sports a unique look and cutting-edge technology, offering several benefits including quick and cost-effective installation, low maintenance, and environment-friendly operation.

METIS’s clean, stylish design suits any outdoor conditions and comes in customized colors to suit the surroundings. The bollards also feature high visibility red/green LED lights.

• Built in invisible safety sensors – each moving bollard is equipped with safety eyes from both sides and will stop on the spot if any obstacle detected around it. So, no external poles, maximum safety with maximum security.

As terrorist and drunk-driving incidents increases around the world, safeguarding sensitive buildings becomes ever more important. During a crash test performed at HORIBA MIRA Ltd laboratory, METIS bollards were able to block a 7.2 ton trucking traveling at 48km/h with a zero-penetration rating — and continued to function with no repairs necessary.

Even while it protects against hostile vehicle attacks, METIS poses no danger to pedestrians and two wheelers. This is thanks to its built-in infrared sensors, allowing for constant pedestrian movement around the bollards.

Surface-mount option (requires no excavation), or shallow-mount installation takes only two hours. The system can be installed with an 11cm high ramps as surface mount, attached to any concrete pad 200mm and thicker, using common anchor bolts. The unit can also be dismantled later, if necessary.

METIS meets the highest worldwide security standards including ASTM, IWA and PAS 68.
